Be aware of how your normals are becoming new. We know we’re in a New Normal when our organizational and individual responses that helped us thrive are no longer helping us attain our desired outcomes. In our paper, The New Normal & The Conversational Imperative, we present seven key challenges of a New Normal: time, motion, space/place, value-added, organizational design, core, and future.  We also outline the necessary new attitudes, behaviors, and responses we need to thrive in our New Normal.
